This place just wants to take your money and hope that you NEVER come back!! Do yourself a favor and don't go back!!! The manager acted like he was doing me a favor by adding 20 comp dollars that they took the week before equaling 24. This place use to give weekly free play and free slot tournaments no more! I use to get 150 in free play 2 times a week now they send me 10 dollars every 2 weeks!! Are you kidding me like I would get out of bed to go use 10 dollars.. It costs me more in gas and mileage to use that!! Bottom line they are ruder and cheaper so why bother!!! It is actually better to go to the isles and win or just stay home!!! Basem was manager there and he's just useless!! These people are just jerks just don't go to coconut creek they suck now!!!!!

This casino ran by horrible managements that has no clue that dogs like nasty staffs those stealing by connect with dogs friend , control slots machines , make them win and share in secret.
If you don't have connection with dogs , do not go there because your pockets will be clean without pennies to go home. Those who want to try then ENJOY THROW UR HARD EARN MONEY TO THE GARBAGE.

Went from one of the better casinos in S Florida to the worst since the remodeling. The odds to winning are the worst of all casinos and the player's club is a joke.

This place since they remodeled is a place to give away your money I play $4 per bet get 15 free spins and when $20 what the he'll they take all your money and after you spend hundreds of dollars they give you $10 in free play which technically isn't free. I hear a guy saying he was here to get his winnings from the drawing, ahhh they didn't do the drawing yet but guess what they called his name!!!! How did he know his name was going to be called? Over 7 years and my name has NEVER BEEN CALLED FOR ANY THING...... I HATE THIS PLACE

In the last year, Since the change in management--this new points system; there has been a major change. Basically your odds of winning has drastically changed and not for the players good---just the casino! It's just not the same, I mean the place is nice and the food is good; but that's it---RUN; go play somewhere else--I know I am!
