My family planned a retirement party for me at the American Place casino. We had a nice dinner, pleasantly surprised to get a 20% veterans discount on food and non-alcoholic drinks. Some of the party headed to the poker room, where they played well and had a good time. The rest of us played blackjack or tried the slots. The two dealers we had were fantastic, good energy, and every employee from security to the pit bosses all had very friendly demeanors. Although I personally got smoked at the table, a couple of my sons did very well, and everyone had a great time, even my daughter in law, wife and mother in law had positive experiences at the slots. We will definitely return to this casino in the future.

When someone has their chair turned around, their drink; card in the machine, it means its taken! On Tues, Jeremy the supervisor on duty; and a slot person, women, short with glasses and brown hair ;not Steven, Mary or Sam; decided to take a chair away from an older gentlemen on the word of a women who was loitering for over an hour waiting for the man's machine or 2 others. you can ask Steven about her time since she was making me nervous and I mentioned it to him.

The said they could only hold his seat for 10 minutes, funnt think is i stood up and told everyone with in speakind distance that he went to get money and go to the bathroom. Again no one listened. Was anyone setting a timer as to how long he was gone? I was at the same machine for 3 hours and so was he.

So the person who was loitering got one of her slot friends to take away his seat, just because she was made that now one was leaving any of the 6 machines.

Terrible handling by Jeremy and the slot person. Get all facts from everyone around not just the loitering person! Shame on you!

Cassandra very friendly and helpful...Kiki Nelson best host customer service A+ and players club ALL STAFF and John the supervisor. I cant name everyone. LOL but bar servers and all staff is Classact and very nice!!

The temporary location is a great big tent but once you get inside, you feel like you're at a real casino. The casino is easy to get to, off of Interstate HWY 94 and they give you generous comps so that you return more often.
