When someone has their chair turned around, their drink; card in the machine, it means its taken! On Tues, Jeremy the supervisor on duty; and a slot person, women, short with glasses and brown hair ;not Steven, Mary or Sam; decided to take a chair away from an older gentlemen on the word of a women who was loitering for over an hour waiting for the man's machine or 2 others. you can ask Steven about her time since she was making me nervous and I mentioned it to him.

The said they could only hold his seat for 10 minutes, funnt think is i stood up and told everyone with in speakind distance that he went to get money and go to the bathroom. Again no one listened. Was anyone setting a timer as to how long he was gone? I was at the same machine for 3 hours and so was he.

So the person who was loitering got one of her slot friends to take away his seat, just because she was made that now one was leaving any of the 6 machines.

Terrible handling by Jeremy and the slot person. Get all facts from everyone around not just the loitering person! Shame on you!
