Casinos in Delaware

There are three casinos in Delaware, each are pari-mutuel facilities that feature gaming machines similar to slots. These machines are actually VLTs (video lottery terminals), and offer such games as: video poker, video keno, and video blackjack. The video lottery terminals are gaming machines that are operated in conjunction with the Delaware Lottery.

Delaware law states that all video lottery games must have an annual return between 87% to 95% of all wagers. However, with an approval from the Delaware Lottery Director, some games can have a return of more than 95%.

Delaware gaming laws require that the payback percentages for all electronic gaming machines be released to the public. Click here if you want to see a list of the slot machine payback statistics for all Delaware casinos.

All casinos in Delaware are open 24 hours a day, the minimum gambling age is 21 (it is 18 for horse racing). Please note that Delaware gaming regulations do not allow casinos to provide free alcoholic beverages.
