This is the tightest casino ive been to and most of security treat you like a burden 

My husband an I stayed at your hotel  5/21/25.  We had a couples message which was wonderful. Our son reserved us a king size room for Mother's Day instead we were put in a double queen. It was room 204 the air conditioning was so loud we had to turn it of to be able to sleep. I tried ordering a pina colada 4 different times an only received 1 drink.  Your main bar said they didn't have the ingredients, I went to your cafe and was able to get a drink. While eating at elements I ordered another drink and was brought 1 with tequila in it, totally wrong. I sent it back and when our waitress returned she apologized because again they couldn't make it, no ingredients again. I found it very disappointed a casino your size can't make a rather common drink at both your bars and restaurant.  I hope this email helps you serve your customers better and for them to actually receive the rooms they reserved.
