My husband an I stayed at your hotel 5/21/25. We had a couples message which was wonderful. Our son reserved us a king size room for Mother's Day instead we were put in a double queen. It was room 204 the air conditioning was so loud we had to turn it of to be able to sleep. I tried ordering a pina colada 4 different times an only received 1 drink. Your main bar said they didn't have the ingredients, I went to your cafe and was able to get a drink. While eating at elements I ordered another drink and was brought 1 with tequila in it, totally wrong. I sent it back and when our waitress returned she apologized because again they couldn't make it, no ingredients again. I found it very disappointed a casino your size can't make a rather common drink at both your bars and restaurant. This was a planned stop for us on our anniversary casino tour. We were not that impressed. The room was nice but, was noisy. We did not pay the extra for the river view and had a view of the parking lot. The casino had a good selection of machines which didn't seem to pay that well. Casino is located on the old highway and directions or GPS are recommended. Staff was friendly enough and helpful. Players club was busy with only one person at the counter which made for a wait. We did receive free slot play for signing up and staying at the hotel. We did not eat here but, there was a soda machine available for players. Don't think we would stay here again but might stop at the casino if in the area.
