Went to the maple Christmas party drove 200 miles, very cheap, bad food they served us, we were told this was all ordered by the man in charge of the resturant, Jonathan. If he is trying to save money don't pull this on the Maple members we loose enough. I think we will start going to Potawatomi in Milwaukee thier food is great !

Slots are rigged more than the others. They're running dual chipsets and bonuses are guaranteed to pay low if you bet high. The Menomithieves need to be regulated bad. Where are the congressmen looking to "protect the people" from this racket? I've seen they want to enforce a tax on Draftkings to protect us, but they're turning a blind eye to the tribal pillaging taking place everyday. Time to open an underground casino that pays out 90%.

Played several slots, about 20 different machines, and they all play the same way. Stick in a twenty and it's eaten, then another, and it will hit a bonus once your down to thirty cents and trying to spin off. The bonuses will pay you about $7.00 if you're stuck betting low, and they'll pay you $10 if you're betting max. $700 gone in about two hours. Player card $$ earned - a whopping $2.64. Again, eaten up in ten spins. I mean seriously, no comps, no waitresses, no winning anywhere. Not worth the trip to this place, and I can't think of a good thing to say about it at all.

I regularly play slots at all three of our local casinos and never have i been so angry for a pure lack of customer service as experienced today at Menominee Casino. After advertising a promotion giving everyone who earned 50 player points a wallet with up to $500 in cash They clearly had no idea of how many people would take advantage of the offer. They had lines that had an hour or longer wait. This same problem occurred last year with a couple of the promotions and they should have learned from that. But that is not the worst part at 4pm they shut down all of the payout machines and all but a single cashiers window They had a casino full of people trying to leave. People who had spent a hundred dollars to get the points then waited more than an hour in line to get a $5 or $10 freeplay and now they can not get the slips exchanged for cash so they can leave. I asked a cashier that was behind a closed window to get me the manager and she said "no" so i went to security and they got the floor manager who I asked if they would please open another window they had three people back there doing nothing. The manager told me that it was shift change and there was nothing he could do. I told the floor manager that i would take my money to the casino 15 miles away that cares about its customer enough to staff the customer services properly and not shut down the cashiers and cash out machines at the peak of already busy day. You might want to consider the other casinos in the area before wasting your time here.

We live in Illinois right by the Rivers Casino; only gone twice in a year. We used to prefer Menominee which is right by our cottage. During the past two years since the construction has finished the parking lots are never full, even on weekends. And we are finding that the winnings are slim to non-existent for slots and table games. We usually go on weekends. We tried the Thunderbird which is closer to our cottage. Had a problem with a machine. Money was in it and the crew at this satellite casino can't do a thing to help. After 25 minutes, I ask to speak to a supervisor. The casino supervisor said staff couldn't just leave and come right over. The drive is 10 minutes! The casino has not figured out a way to handle large payouts or problems with machines other than just waiting for main casino staff. Unacceptable. Didn't even offer me food, drink, or match play until I asked, and then it was only $20 in match play.
