Hello, I was up there yesterday and I just want to let you know a few things you really need to fix. I like your remodeled casino and the Buffet was really good and having more machines to choose from. Now here's what I have a problem with: 1) You need another cashier cage to avoid the long wait to cash tickets in 2) Get rid of class 2 and 3 tickets so you can use just one ticket anywhere 3) Fix the Kiosk machines so as to avoid standing in line at cashier cage 4) As like other casinos, let the players use their players cards, via a pin number, to apply their weekly cash give out and use points to play on a machine or at your eateries. I stood in line for over 15 minutes, since 2 kiosks were out of service, and besides finding a class 2 or 3 machine to use, not a good thing!!! I heard a lot of people complaining and some even mentioned they most likely will think twice before coming back. Just thought you would like this input. Thanks for your time,
J

Well, lets put it this way, dirty, dirty, dirty, tight, tight, tight. Get the picture?
The buffet tries but has so little variety it is just not worth going to. We tried it twice and were not impressed.
You seldom saw anyone winning anything on the slots they are so tight. A couple of bucks on a bonus is not winning. They do have a great variety of machines and a lot of the new ones as well as the old ones.
The worst part is it is just old, dingy and as I said before, dirty. You never see personnel cleaning the machines or sweeping up anything. This casino is definitely in need of a redo.
Personnel is not friendly and make you feel you are bothering them when you ask a questions.
Will not go back even if in the area.

I have lost thousands of dollars at Legends Casino. The people that work there are very unfriendly. The place is very smoky. The reason I go there is because I'm addicted to gambling, thanks to Maripex. That's a med for restless leg syndrome. I will say one thing, I used to think Legends was probably one of the worst as far as winning goes. Now that I've been to lots of them across the USA. Legends doesn't seem to be quite as bad, because they're all bad. I think the economy has had a lot to do with it!! Plus that's why they call it GAMBLING!!! lol Also their non smoking area is way too small. It might be non smoking but it's sure warm and stuffy. The food is fine. Thursday night is real good, because they have a crab buffet. You probably wonder why I go there?? because it's much closer then any of the others for me.
