Went to this casino for the first time this weekend and will never return. This is also the first time I am writing a review of a local establishment - it was THAT bad. First tip-off that something isn't right is checking out the number of employees relative to the number of guests. They seem to have "managers" walking around to harass guests and I am not kidding. I don't know if she didn't like the Kohl's sundress I was wearing or the fact that I was sitting at a machine with a 15 cent minimum, or if perhaps I wasn't pressing the button to lose money fast enough for her liking, but she certainly gave me the third degree and made me uncomforable when I walked out of the bathroom to return to my favorite game (which in the average of many sets of spins, returns 12% of your bet tops - probably a violation of gaming laws). I have the impression they don't want to you to play, then watch others play, or play while your spouse watches instead of both people playing. They want you pressing the button. Regardless, we dropped at least 50 bucks there this weekend while having almost zero fun, but the kicker was this morning. We got there about 7 am and I had to pee really really bad. I am a female senior. We had noticed a porta-potty outside in the employee parking lot when we drove around the place the first day we were there. At this casino, you can park in the lot or garage, walk up some stairs and wait for an elevator, take it up 6 floors and then go to the bathroom. Frankly, I didn't think I could make it, so the husband drove down by the porta-potty. I never even got out of the car because their shuttle bus was in front of it. We weren't there to park, just use the john. Within literally 2 minutes security appeared and told me we weren't allowed there, so I nodded, apologized, and we left and drove up to park and start the process of me trying not to wet myself. No big deal. An HOUR later while at same poor-return machine wasting yet some more money and not having a good time, the same woman manager SOUGHT US OUT IN THE CASINO, interrupted my game, and basically harassed us about being in the employee parking area. ???? They are insane in their greed and I blame the Snoqaulmie Tribe. The matter had been instantly resolved and forgotten with security at the time - WTis the problem with this place? He said we aren't allowed there to pee and that was the end of it. I found this totally insulting, it ruined my morning, made me angry, and I will never go back there. You'd think we committed a crime instead of an older lady needing to pee asap. Why was I interrupted to explain my bladder to this woman inside the casino who had already been rude the day before accusing me of being there because of the heat wave. Fifty-Sixty bucks for two of us to have a couple cups of coffee and iced tea isn't good enough for this psycho establishment. Maybe they want to see a designer dress instead of Kohl's? Well I'd like to put some money into the machine and actually get to play for a while and that didn't happen either.
