The parking lot was incredibly small. I also didn't like the idea of lot parking in that neighborhood since I didn't see any security in the lot.
We must have looked like we had never been there before since the security officer at the door asked if we had. We told him we had never been there before. He tells to go back to the rewards desk and get a card and we will get free play. So we go back. They have one guy working the desk with about 8 people in line and no place for a line to conveniently form. And while the guy was informative, I wouldn't say he was friendly.
Then you have to go back up front where we came in and swipe our new card in the promo kiosk. You play a little game. My buddy gets $10 in free play. I get $15 in free play. Not much, but it was more than they had to give us.
So now we start walking through the casino looking for games to play with our free play. The first two machines that we sit down at won't take the free play. The system would let you go through the motions and then "an error" would happen. After we find machines that will take our free play and we play through it, we look at the table game selection. What a joke. Pai Gow Poker has a $40 minimum on a Monday night (no wonder the 4 tables were almost empty). Blackjack had $25 minimums, again on a Monday night.
It is kind of out of the way for me. There are other casinos and I will play in them.

People don't believe everything you read on the Internet. I don't work or own sugarhouse casino in philadelphia pa. Me and my fiancee ,live deep in the state of Delaware and we travel to shc (sugarhouse casino) every day. Really they send a calendar and monthly promotions. Every time we go, we win something, and they give us food every Tuesday. Now the parking lot is small when the casino is packed because it's jumping inside. And shc right now are building bigger. buildings and space right now. Why come to town like the revel to ac and look big and bad and no smoking rule to go bankrupt? And to the table min, this guy went on the one Monday night and complained, but all he had to do was ask what days nights are 2,5,10,15 MIN and go that night, but if you know what I know ,if it's not a 25 min table or up, you don't want to win big. Shc pays out on slots and tables, duh that's why they're expanding, they pay out mornings, nights,Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, sugarhouse casino is philadelphia's finest, JL

Yes. I think you do work for the casino. People lose money most of the time they go there and you claim to win every time?
