Been playing here for 12 years now and heavily at that, I mean hundreds of dollars a day for months on end throughout the years, stupid I know!! but this year was the 1st time I won anything that was good 11k and probably spent that ×1000 to win it in the last 12 years, if that tells you what you need to know "the house always wins, even when you think you have".

I have played here 12 years have spent over 1.5 million usd in here and have only ever won a handpay 3 times one for 2000 another for 1400 and one more for 1200 and thats me playing literally every day spending 200-600 per trip I actually just left from losing 400 in about 45mins place was packed and it was silent no bells ringing nobody winning it is truly inhumane how bad it is and the fact that they turn payouts down to nonexistent during every holiday is even worse I mean I myself am a tribal member and will be the first to tell you they make hundreds of millions and yet dont want to pay fairly to loyal regular players. DO NOT DONATE YOUR MONEY HERE.

I spend thousands of dollars at this casino
I now get 15 bucks free play on mondays
I use to actually win a few small jackpots.now i dont win a damn thing..my last time i played and i really mean the last. Time i played i lost threw away my card i wont be back and will never recommend this casino to any one.ive been treated like crap when i was only seconds away from a hot seat drawing cos i went to the cage instead of players club..so if this is how you treat big spenders im happy to play somewhere else!!!

I really enjoy going to Duck Creek. Been going there for 11 years now. I started getting this year. I've hit afew jackpots this year. The employees are wonderful. Everyone are very kind.

The moment my group walked in there was a tall red headed security gaurd. He followed us around and started to creep us out. This was our very first time coming here. We went to get our players club card and he was eye balling us so hard. My fiancé sat down at a machine after receiving his card and won a little bit, the same security gaurd was stading right up behind my fiancé when he won. We then said "screw this" and proceeded to the cashier to collect our winnings. The same exact security gaurd followed us up there. We felt extremely uncomfortable around this man. Please pass the message along so he doesn't do this to other customers. Besides that we had fun and won a little bit of money. Please get this fixed.
