I really enjoy going to Duck Creek. Been going there for 11 years now. I started getting this year. I've hit afew jackpots this year. The employees are wonderful. Everyone are very kind.

The moment my group walked in there was a tall red headed security gaurd. He followed us around and started to creep us out. This was our very first time coming here. We went to get our players club card and he was eye balling us so hard. My fiancé sat down at a machine after receiving his card and won a little bit, the same security gaurd was stading right up behind my fiancé when he won. We then said "screw this" and proceeded to the cashier to collect our winnings. The same exact security gaurd followed us up there. We felt extremely uncomfortable around this man. Please pass the message along so he doesn't do this to other customers. Besides that we had fun and won a little bit of money. Please get this fixed.

The Machines hit around 35% which in Vegas gets you shut down. their customer service is so poor I sat at a broken game for 35 minutes after security said they would be right there. Generally Indian casinos are managed and ran very poorly because they think they have to have Indians run it instead of casino oriented people. Was thinking about giving them one more try. I'm looking for a play experience and atmosphere. The first thing I noticed is the people all look down in the dumps, just pushing buttons while smoking like freight trains. I've seen happier people in emergency waiting rooms. The workers look totally bored and despondent. The smoke is horrible in this place so be ready for a shower as soon as you get home. I have never won at this casino. I did not see anyone winning or going to cash in a ticket. No excitement whatsoever, if at red winner light came on people were more shocked then excited. I've visited on weekends and afternoons. They just seem out to take your money without offering a feel good experience. I want to walked away thinking that I had a fun experience and entertained playing the machines. You put a $40 a dollar machine expect forty spins and your done. What's the fun in that? Dumped $100 in 40 minutes. Spent more like an idiot. Just wasted time, money, and fuel going out there. The slots were to stingy. Yes maybe they would give you some red spins, but it would take 80% of your money before it would spin. And if you did get a red spin. It would pay you the minimum. While being there, I saw a lot of people losing their money, complaining. And WOW!! You hit 120 credits on a 25 cent machine. Really? It took a person $50 to maybe get $30. Come on. The staff are all together at one side of the casino. Well most of them. The bathroom was in pretty good shape. Except, a couple of stalls had urine all over the floor. Casino is pretty small and nothing is special about it. It's a Great place to leave a deposit; A Terrible place to withdraw it back out!
