I was playing a table game in front of the bar and grill and was winning, however once I ordered a beer I was confronted by uniformed Cherokee nation police and escorted to the back of the house where my picture was taken, no probable cause was given, no breathalyzer was given, no sobriety test of any kind was given then was put into cuffs and taken 30 miles west to Stillwell, OK where I was put into jail overnight to "detox". When released money was missing cell phone was missing and had no idea how to get back to my vehicle. Apparently I'm the and probably won't be the last. DO NOT GO TO THE CHEROKEE CASINO IN WEST SILOAM SPRINGS OKLAHOMA! Oh and when being put into the police car one of the other Cherokee police officers said "Do not come trespassing into the Cherokee nation again which gave me the feeling that it was racial profiling. Again, DO NOT GO TO THE CHEROKEE CASINO IN WEST SILOAM SPRINGS OKLAHOMA!
Went and played here. Was here for 6 hours and couldn't buy crap to eat when I was finished. I'm tired of this casino taking advantage of loyal customers and will be telling my friends not to waste their time here. I've played here since I was 21 which was over 10 years ago and I'm Sick Of THE TERRIBLE TREATMENT By this place.
This place is not a casino. It's a place where you get robbed on points, games and fun. The purpose of going to a casino is to have fun. Their rewards are very bad. I've spent over 2000 in one month just to see what they would give me. They gave me $5.00 rewards play. The girls at the rewards desk is very rude. If you ask them something they get rude with you. I saw this black girl ask them a question and they were mean to her. The slots are so locked down and tight to where you just want to pull out your hair. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have football players as close friends and they are spending a few weeks here in Arkansas after the season is over with and they love to gamble. This or any Cheerokee casino will not receive any of our money. I believe that they are racist and hate to see blacks or Mexican win. Go some place else. Whatever happen to the cars that they don't give away? How can they take from people and still be in business? Why do they have so many workers standing around the players? They can't let people win because they have to pay the workers to stand around. I hate this place and I would never return. I hope the gaming commission shut that place down. You may as well hand over your wallet or purse and turn around. Machines are too tight and the customer service is horrible. Oan they have bugs that bite and jump everywhere.
