Last night we visited your casino in Dayton and to my shock it appeared over half the slots were out of service. In the two hours we were in the casino I witnessed only 2 individuals working on the slots that were out of service. Which forced us and other players to play slots we don't originally play. These slots were not paying off. This may be my last time to visit and play at your Hollywood Casino in Dayton, I will travel to Columbus or Cincinnati where they have many more slots to choose from.
