Last night we visited your casino in Dayton and to my shock it appeared over half the slots were out of service. In the two hours we were in the casino I witnessed only 2 individuals working on the slots that were out of service. Which forced us and other players to play slots we don't originally play. These slots were not paying off. This may be my last time to visit and play at your Hollywood Casino in Dayton, I will travel to Columbus or Cincinnati where they have many more slots to choose from.

this is more like racketeering there no one can win nothing they dropped your card and instead of letting you start over they just strip you down take your money more losers then winners. it should be investigated by the state of Ohio Gaming Commission and the FBI there is no fair gaming about this place

Place is dirty,Worker are very rude when you need help,Swearing and just awful.The machines are so tight it's not even close to run or fairmBathrooms was nasty.Whole place is crap.
