I have never seen a casino with tighter slots! You could spent the wheels 200 times and you would be lucky to win 5 or 10 dollars. They don't allow medium wins anymore, just extremely low and maybe one handpay in a 8 hour period for the whole casino.
Went there on April 7th, 2019 changeover to MGM from Hard Rock, more than half of machines not available, no selection, went to Center Bar, no dortmunder on tap, beers not what we liked. Ordered a Patty Melt, only ate two bites;, bread not grilled, onions not grilled, two minutes after we place order our food was brought, burgers were skinny tough, cooked early and left to dry out not freshly made like the Hard Rock did, what a disappointing day out! The workers didn't seem happy like before, the MGM is cutting corners, raising prices and the food is the worse. We will go the Jack casino and we will plan a trip to Cincinnati when the Hard Reopens their new casino, can't wait to eat at that Hard Rock café, real food, prepared when you order it! Some employees stated it will take time before everything is done better, but the MGM has been around for a long time, they should have taken more pride and made sure all employees knew what was expected of them. Could have worked on slots overnight when they aren't as many customers, we will not be back anytime soon!
I have played here quite a bit lately but I think I will start going elsewhere. I believe the games are too tight doesn't seem to make me want to come back. A lot of the games I use my players card and it won't even take it. And I don't get hardly any points for all the money I spend.
