I visited Hard Rock Casino downtown Cincinnati, I was there enjoying my time, as I do once in a while, when I was approached by what appeared to be floor security stating that they have me on camera taking someone’s voucher for $77. All of the machines that I played this night 12/10/2021 had zero balance when I approached them. I never took anyones money, but was targeted to pay the money back, after I asked what they wanted me to do. I felt horrible that I was targeted, accused, and made to pay back money I didn’t steal without full investigation of circumstances. I’ve never had this problem before, and I’m the most honest person. I feel that I didn’t deserve this treatment, and should’ve at least been able to view that tape myself instead of being falsely accused!!! After speaking with management by phone(even worse situation)on 12/13/21; she stated she would look into the situation further; calls me back to insult me with saying I admitted to taking someone’s voucher. I NEVER said that to anyone!!! NEVER admitted that because it wasn’t true!!! I never had a full conversation with security for them to say I said that!!! They just straight up accused me with no chance to defend myself!! They’re LIARS!! This was BS, and if you ever visit this property be on guard, because they will falsely accuse you, state that they have you on camera and make you pay back money that was yours to begin with!!! The worst experience of my LIFE!!! NEVER AGAIN will I spend my hard earned money in this negative space!!!!
