My wife decided to try the buffalo casino instead of the falls for a night out. She placed some money in a machine on the bar and played about 10 games before pulling her ticket, She proceeded to another machine played a few games and noticed she had won $300 bucks. She called me up as I was in another part of the casino to let me know of her luck. The out come of her so-called winnings was someone leaving the machine without drawing their money. Although stupid on their part, I could understand it because it is a bar and both parties drink. About an hour later I noticed 2 men in suits and a little stocky buffalo police officer talking to my wife at a machine. They openly threated her with arrest requesting $300 dollars. They ask for proof but refused show theirs, the police officer would only show his badge, I believe it was 241 . They requested the small ticket I had in hand and all my wife's cash in hand. They did not even have the class to escort us away from the heart of the casino and seemed to thrive on the seen. We left the casino without paying the remainder of the balance which was $200 and proceed to the Niagara Casino to pay the balance off, I could not deal with the Incompetency the City of Buffalo is blessed with. I paid the bill off and turned in my card with a voluntary termination, These casinos are in the Heart of our cities and reflect what kind of people we are. We deserve better

Welcome to downtown Buffalo!  Slots are tight...very tight.  It's always lose, lose, losing every, every, every visit.  Did I mention ALWAYS losing every visit.  Been to casinos all over the country, and never lost EVERY visit, except at Seneca Creek.  Maybe it's because New York gets 25% of every dollar played in the slots.  Basically if you put $20.00 in a machine, you already lost $5.00 before even taking your first spin.    Stay away from the slots there.  Table games are just as bad.  High minimums (like $50.00 blackjack at 9 in the morning) and questionable tables like 3 Card Poker with possibly computer generated card dealing (maybe rigged).  Players are constantly losing there and complaining about the optical reading card shufflers.  Good beverage service on the floor, bar and restaurant.  No hotel in sight makes it a challenge for visitors.  Too smokey and crowded at times.  1/2 star rating.

Long time Seneca Niagara Casino player. Visited Buffalo Creek Casino on March 14. Very disappointed that there are limited 3 and 5 quarter machines on the floor and we had to pay for drinks...and may I add they were expensive. Why aren't they free to the players as at the Seneca Niagara Casino. You also need to have quarter poker machines on the floor. Thank You
MR
