Always the feeling of being "watched"... A specific few personell at this casino are nonstop constantly walking by every 3 minutes.. Constantly!!! Weird and Uncomfortable...makes you feel like a crook or something.... i know a few others that says the same thing!!!.. anyone else see this??.
My husband and I have been going to the Seneca Allegany Hotel and casino for a few years. For the last year and a half we have been getting offers for 2 free nights per week. I called yesterday (4/5/17) to make a reservation for 2 nights and was told that no rooms were available, why is it that I can get a room for a price from the reservation line for those dates. Also can get a room ( for a price) over the internet. No rooms available?
The place has changed drastically. They must be trying to pay for the remodeling because the blackjack tables are rigged with the card shufflers. You never see all the cards and it is highly unlikely that after playing several tables, never any winners. It is hard to believe that all the cards are really in there. The slots are very tight, never see any big winners. They really need to be inspected, there is something funny going on there. The after hours valet was terrible. We had to wait 20 minutes to get our car. The buffet is $31 and not worth it. There used to be more variety.
We stopped there fall of 2014 towing our 21' travel trailer. Since many casinos invite overnight parking for RVs we asked at Customer Service desk and were told we'd be welcome to stay and where to park. There were several other RV's already parked in their large lot so my wife and I did not give it another thought. We ate in their restaurant, did a fair amount of drinking, and played their slots until about 11:00, then retired to our RV. At about 3:00 AM there was a loud banging on our door and a security guard ordering us to get the hell off their property. We complained that we had permission from Customer Service but to no avail. So half asleep and still a little drunk, we sere forced to leave. We will never visit this casino again.
I've enjoyed going going to this casino since they first opened 10 years ago. For the most part its a great casino but my only problem I've had is getting a response from " Executive Staff". I sent several email to a couple different staff regarding questions to some promotional offers I've noticed I'm no longer receiving.I can't get an answer back whatsoever... Anyone Else with similar issues?
