Fantastic staff...restaurant workers..hosts..gift shop...all involved here..this place in a number 1 casino..you must visit for yourself.. thanks for all the great entertainment and great food..this place is Fun Fun Fun...
The Seneca Allegany Casino is really an awesome place to go for a mini vacation. We love going there because of the professional, helpful, and friendly staff, comped rooms, excellent choices of eateries, huge selection of slot machines, variety of table games, and it is so clean. I have never won big, but I know friends that have; this do not deter me from going back there though. I have never been to Las Vegas, but so many of my friends say that the Seneca Casinos are so much better. Maybe you won't have the big strip to walk down, but the friendly atmosphere by far trumps everything else. I thoroughly enjoy ever stay and visit when we go there. They have so much to offer us in terms of entertainment, spa, swimming pool, hot tub, gym, gift store, and enthusiastic staff to assist any need you may have, i.e. handicapped accessible rooms. I JUST LOVE SENECA ALLEGANY CASINO! Give it a try; you WON'T be disappointed.
My wife and I get up here a half dozen times a year. The comped rooms are spotless, the help pleasant, the food quality runs from OK to absolutely great depending, free drinks in the casino (unlike the Rivers in Pittsburgh), and they have a great indoor pool, outside hot tub, spa facilities and a gym. My only complaint is the store. They could manage the space better and have twice as much stuff in it, more stuff for men, and drop the prices on clothes (they would make it up on volume). Other than that, my wife and I consider it a perfect two night getaway. I play some craps and during the week the table is never crowded. From what people tell me, the slots might be a bit tight, but there is a bank of slots that advertise 97% payout. I've had some $500 plus hits on them and my buddy hit two jackpots there so they do payout.
I visit this casino every few weeks, even after the casinos in Ohio opened. The staff and casino hosts are hands down one of the most professional, friendly staffs I have ever met at a casino. The comps are second to none. The food is absolutely fantastic there no matter where you eat, the steakhouse, cafe, or even the buffet is delicious. The employees on the gaming floor do a fantastic job of keeping the machines clean as can be, and are always around picking up cups and emptying ash trays. Everyone from the maids, to the girls at the front desk, dealers and hosts all seem to really enjoy working there unlike other casinos I have visited in the past. If you haven't been to this casino, you really should make a trip here. The payouts aren't posted on any site I found but they definitely pay better than Ohio and PA casinos without question. I have only one negative thing to say about the table games and that is not opening another let it ride table or craps table when one is full. Seems like an easy fix. Also would like to see Ultimate Texas holdem added to the table games. Overall, best casino around!
