Visited again 7/10/08. They changed the slots since last time. Tighter than they used to be. The older games are gone.
99 cent foot long hot dog was good. Pay extra for toppings. Leave the 99 cent shrimp cocktail. Tiny salad shrimp on top of chopped onions. We got frozen margaritas in souvenir glasses. I think they left out the booze.
The days of coupon funbooks are over.
Still the best place to park is Circus Circus but valet is slow and unorganized. We couldn't find a self park lot.
I saw a huge cock-roach running along the floor just before we left. I could skip this place next trip.
My first trip to Vegas was Christmas 2006. This little place is fun, not glamorous by any means, but if you want to play slots, and drink for free, it is the place to be.
I won $600 on nickel slots (max bet only $0.25). And like another reviewer stated, the great cocktail waitresses are around to give you another drink when you have just started your last one.
If you are one who can gamble and drink for 20 hours a day, this is one place to hit for a couple hours during your trip!
This is the small step-child casino of Circus Circus. They have a free spin machine where you can win anywhere fron .75 cents to 250,000 dollars. This casino is still ALL coin and is a very dark and crowded "room".
The free hotdog and drink coupon from the ACG is the highlight of the casino. Excellent hotdog with any toppings you desire. I got a free coke for my beverage at the bar and it was not worth mentioning. However I'm sure a beer drinker will be pleased with a nice choice of brewskees.
They have 5 cent, 10 cent and 25 cent vidoe blackjack machines, something you don't see in a casino much anymore (especially the 5 cent and 10 cent machines).
