Aliante Casino Hotel and Spa is situated on more than 40 pristine acres within the Aliante master-planned community at Aliante Parkway and Interstate 215.
As North Las Vegas' only Four Diamond AAA-rated resort, Aliante Casino + Hotel is committed to bringing brand new experiences to their community. The casino floor is bustling with more than 2,000 slot machines, 40 table games and an all-paper, all-day bingo hall featuring a blackout progressive starting at $12,000. And for wagering propositions you can't find anywhere else, their full-service, state-of-the art Race & Sports Book offers an extensive menu for the ultimate gaming experience.
Tempting dining destinations including North Las Vegas' only bistro as well as the hottest margarita bar in town make it easy to go from the gaming table to the dining table, while amenities like their resort-style pool and nightly entertainment put excitement right outside the doors of the 200 hotel rooms and suites.
I was invited to stay in an Ambassador Suite by Boyd Gaming. At 730 sumptuous square feet, this sweet suite has room for everything you need and everything you didn’t know you needed to perfectly balance business and pleasure.
My wife and I are Pai Gow players but were turned off by the turtle like flow of the game at Aliante. The dealer shuffled the cards, then stacked the piles of seven cards in front of him and then passed the hands one at a time to all the players. It was boringly slow. It took over 7 minutes to play one hand.
We had dinner a MRKT. MRKT’s fresh fare includes filet mignon, and prime rib. The restaurant serves the most sumptuous salmon, lobster, scallops and crab in the business. For those who just can’t take a side, there’s always our classic Surf and Turf. I chose the Bone-In Ribeye which was remarkable.
Our meal was wonderful but their was a sports event on the TV and the restaurant staff paid more attention to the game then their dinner service.
I was very impressed with the Medley Buffet. In fact my wife and I had lunch and dinner their on the same day. The buffet features temptations from around the world. The six cooking stations are making exactly what you’re hungry for. Feel like you’re sizzling south of the border at the fajita station, featuring specialty chili and a salsa bar. Italian classics, BBQ favorites, and so much more you won’t find anywhere else make every meal an adventure at Medley Buffet.
The casino is an Old Timers delight. By that I mean they still have some slot machines that have been off other casino floors for many years. If you have a favorite slot machine and you can no longer find it, you just might find it at Aliante.
Aliante is a quiet casino far away from the hustle and bustle of the Strip. Aside from a few disappointments, we enjoyed our stay there.
