Got brochures said giving gifts till 12 midnight on nov.9..got there at 12:30 p.m...said all gone..they began giving them at 10:00..absolutely terrible..will not go back..went a long way to get 20 free play...husband did not get anything..feel they played us..been to alot of casinos and never left without my gift..Saganing you are shameful...so upset..
Its been quite sometime since I have won anything to speak of. I spent over 20 thousand dollars in less than 1 year. That's a lot to not have any winnings.
I can not complain about any of there properties.. you win some and you loose some I'm a Gambler.. I play max on everything dollars to the pennies.. 98% time I could leave a winner however, going back to I'm a Gambler is the hard part.. no complaints some staff is a lot more personal then others but, that's life.. players club always tries to accommodate anything I have ever asked for with no hesitations.. kudos to Scott mt.pleasant location he is very personable and willing to help the members anyway he's allowed to do with in reasons of his job duties. Lot of nice people who do the hand pays in mtplesant.. I can say they route for you to win.. last night in Standish had a few small hand pays and the main women I'm assuming black coat was so awesome.. I enjoyed her coming to my machine that's the kind of people you want working for your business no complaints from me about either properties..
I stopped here on my back from Northern Michigan. It's a small but nice little place in Standish Michigan. They gave me $10 for my birthday and $10 for joining their players club. I used my freeplay in video poker, hit 4 of a kind, and walked away with $40 and checked out the rest of the casino.
No table games here, or hotel, but a nice selection of slots in a well laid out place. Worth a stop on your way to/from northern Michigan.
