Hit a jackpot only to have the machine malfunction and not pay. After an hour and a half of dealing with slot attendants and supervisors and managers who were all able to verify the win, I was told "malfunctions void all pays but we'll give you $100 in free slot play". No one cared. Another time employees messed up cashing out my keno ticket. They didn't tell me I needed a SS card until after they "cashed" the ticket. So since I didn't have one on me they gave me a receipt for the money and said to come back with the card and they would cash me out. Went back later that day to be told they didn't know anything about it and I would have to come back the next day because their office was locked and no one could get into it to find my paperwork. No one has apologized for jerking me around. In fact, they have been rude, treating me like I'm trying to scam them. Worst casino I have ever been to.
