The casino no longer offers the entertainment value it had until early 2013. They have dramatically reduced the slot payouts. Even the employees will admit that. This is a big and crowded casino but you will likely see only 1-2 handpays for jackpots in a given day.
The cocktail service is so bad in parts of the casino that it completely ruins the fun of the evening.
I remember days of fun, jackpots, nice players club monthly gifts and easy access to cash checking. The casino now makes it difficult to cash a check. Gone are the cards that allowed for easy access to cash. I am finished with Coushatta. I would recommend you save your money for another casino elsewhere

I have never been disappointed at the casino. Yes, drinks are slow at times but I don't go to get free drinks. I go for the fun of gambling The rooms have never disappointed me. I can't complain about anything except I don't get to go enough. I was there a couple weeks ago and can't wait to go back. The slots were very very good to me.
