This is the end for me. My wife and I used to visit the Isle all the time. We looked forward to getting away for the weekend to relax in our (comp) room. We also enjoyed playing slots win or loose. It all seemed to balance out. Win a little bit. Lose a little bit. But several things happened. Kids running up and down the hallway slamming doors. Then loosing hundreds of dollars on your slots. We stopped going for many months as we felt the fun was over. Then we decided to give the isle another chance. Went last night (Sat) and lost almost 500 on two machines. Your profit margins versas your payouts are way out of line. Thanks for the memories. I hope other patrons read this and learn. PS;I hope the sale of the Isle goes well. Maybe the new owners will succeed where you have failed when it comes to your customers.

When this casino first opened, their payback was 92%. That was one of the best in the state, though still somewhere you don't want to go too often. They have gradually dropped to now a bit above 89%, the third WORST in the state and closing fast. To add insult to injury, they have been beating to death their new "Play more, be happy!" advertising campaign over the last couple years. I think it started about the time they cut the slot club points by over half.
I think this place actually has a chance to go out of business once they have bled all the suckers and addicts dry. That's saying something for a casino with no nearby competition. They want their customers money as QUICKLY as possible, entertainment be damned. Play more, go bankrupt faster is more like it!

Maybe the best hotel room for the price in years for us. It may not matter to many folks but the bathrooms on the casino floor match that of a top hotel! This may not matter to many but for older people the comfort, privacy, and expediency is essential. And the hot tub and pool area are so refreshing after a long trip. The machines offer a lot of color, sound and entertainment, win or lose.

The machines are way to tight and the buffet is way over priced for mostly chicken and fish. As for the casino you can go 30 to 50 spins without hitting a damn thing and if you do get bonus spins you most likely will only get a couple of bucks for your 10 or 15 spins. i have gone in with a 100 bucks and walk back out 10 minutes later with nothing left,so i would personally drive the little bit longer distance and go to Meskwaki casino or Riverside casino also if you don,t smoke you might as well start because the smoke ends up in you face instead of being sucked up by air purifier.
