This is the end for me. My wife and I used to visit the Isle all the time. We looked forward to getting away for the weekend to relax in our (comp) room. We also enjoyed playing slots win or loose. It all seemed to balance out. Win a little bit. Lose a little bit. But several things happened. Kids running up and down the hallway slamming doors. Then loosing hundreds of dollars on your slots. We stopped going for many months as we felt the fun was over. Then we decided to give the isle another chance. Went last night (Sat) and lost almost 500 on two machines. Your profit margins versas your payouts are way out of line. Thanks for the memories. I hope other patrons read this and learn. PS;I hope the sale of the Isle goes well. Maybe the new owners will succeed where you have failed when it comes to your customers.

Sorry to hear of your unfavorable visits to the Isle. Unfortunately, your experience is pretty much the norm for this casino regardless of the location. The Boonville location isn't much better and is probably worse. I've seen instances where it was obvious that the person was a friend with management staff, being visited at the slot by the person, and that person ended up winning at each machine. I was playing a slot there and the girl next to me asked me to watch her machine, she came back, texted on her phone, and she went from less than 30 to over 300. She asked me to watch her machine again, and this time while she was away the lady next to me said the girl had been at those machines a week prior and someone from management kept coming by to talk to her, she told him that she just bought a car and needed to pay her taxes, the lady said she won close to a 1000 after that point. The lady was very annoyed, saying that everytime the phone came out she gets the best return on her many bonus games. I agree it sounded suspicious. I've witnessed instances where someone started to win a little and then someone walked by, radioed up, and said "Don't let her win anymore money." Other people heard it as well. I think it is cheating when you do that which increases a person's chance to lose over what the normal chance should be, or you reset the machine for one person to always win over the chance that everyone should have. I know there are computer programs that enable a person to access another computer and these machines are all computer-based. One time I went in and the security person said "Good luck." But then after I had walked past him, he whispered "Not that it is going to matter." I go there to be around people and it's proximity to home. Additionally, it was the last place I saw my son alive, last time I saw his smile. Shortly after his death I requested the screen captures and when I inquired later for them I was told they did retrieve the captures but I could not have them due to privacy reasons. Of course they could have blocked out, cropped those captures to just show my son and me, but they didn't and I respect their decision. However they could have been humane and told me they were unable to retrieve them. It has haunted me all these years. That said, it is not the reason I find this casino a less than favorable place to play. I find it unfavorable because of the many instances of directly-experienced and witnessed atrocities and making the chances to win/lose way out of balance for some. If you are thinking of making the journey to visit this location, you might want to reconsider. Their attendance is down and there is a reason for it. Other than that, the floor people (non-mgmt) are very nice. I guess it is what it is and so long as people don't speak out about it, well it will continue. They are going to do what they are going to do and customer satisfaction isn't high on their priority list. Regardless, when playing one shouldn't expect to win at any casino, just have fun and don't take in any more money than you are willing to lose. Very winded comment, but it is a bug in my bonnet, just wanted to get it out. Thanks.

I have been to many casinos all over and I can honestly say isle casinos do nothing for the consumer even though I'm VIP I may as well be a regular club card citizen they hate to give out freebies and its like squeezing blood out of a turnip trying to get something for your points mngmt. Really sucks
