I booked a non smoking room because me and my family are very sensitive to smoke. We got to the hotel and were given a smoking room. I called the front desk and was told there are no available rooms. I asked to speak to a Manager and none were available. Room spelled like an ash tray and was almost unbearable. No window was able to be opened, so they came in and sprayed Febreeze. The next day at checking out, STILL no Manager available. Left my number so they could call me. NO ONE EVER CALLED. I called the next day (2 days after staying there) and finally spoke to a Manager and she said "check the small print it says that is a special request". WHAT?? A special request to breath fresh air?? This is not a special request, it is a state law if I requested a smoke free room. Now we are fighting the charges. Bottom line...we had a terrible night smelling smoke (even on the blankets- YUCK) and will NEVER patronize this hotel again.
The young lady who assisted us at the front desk -her name is Olivia, was extremely helpful and added a real value to staying at the hotel.. I hope all the people you have working at the front desk are that good --if not --you should have the young lady teach them customer service -Great stay- we will come again !!!
If you are thinking of gambling here save your money for something else. i havent played the slots but at the tables the dealers are the worst ever and didnt meat one that seemed to have a personality. it was a miserable experience to me because of the rude staff and unfriendly dealers.I HAVE NEVER HAD TO WRITE A BAD REVIEW BEFORE BUT THIS PLACE IS SO BAD THAT I HAD TO LET OTHERS KNOW.
