They tighten the machines. you cant win. your players club card is constantly monitored while in the machine you are playing.. if you have money they will kiss your ass, if you lose all your money, they will walk past you. If you want to be treated like you deserve to be treated ... Go to the hard rock or the Isles and trust me you will be treated much better.
