Coming into the entrance the security staff in the entrance was extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. The sign they have in the front states that you cannot bring bags and is not specified stating that a female consumer cannot have on a backpack purse. The security immediately got upset with the response that explains that my bag was a purse and was asked to call the supervisor to speak with him and security not only summoned the police as well. The officer was very rude as well. Once the supervisor arrived he stated that I wasn’t allowed to enter into the casino with my purse and that I should put it in the car. I informed the supervisor that he needs to speak with his staff because he was very rude and very unprofessional. If that’s how you handle a consumer that’s visiting I would never want to patronize this a establishment ever again

The first time I went here I was a little leery about the crowd that would be in this casino because its not in the best area, but it's not bad at all and I never feel unsafe there. There is always a cop patrolling the parking lot and a security guard will always drop you off at your car. The only reason I gave the food and drinks a 2 is because there is really only 1 snack bar, there isn't a real restaurant, but the bartenders are awesome and always pour great drinks. The atmnosphere in the casino is awesome, it makes you feel like you're in another country when you you walk in the door and really the only bad thing I have to say about this place is that the video poker is terrible, the best game is $1 7/5 jacks or better

The slots are pretty new compared to rival Magic city with decent payouts. The restaurant is horrible. Much better then Magic city if you are looking for a local Casino in Miami

Very disappointed, my wife and I went here recently, as we never gambled on two men fighting it out with with the outcome in their hands. It seemed as though it was fixed. My wife had a huge trifecta ticket that was live until one of the man dropped the ball what seemed to me was on purpose.
