I have been to alot of casinos in Nevada, Connecticut, Pennsylvania & Delaware... and Dover Downs has by far the tightest slot machines of anywhere. And it seems like they tighten them up even more on Friday-Saturday-Sunday when they are more crowded.
You hear the occasional yell of someone who got lucky and hit for a few hundred dollars, but mostly people are just pissed off walking around because no one is winning anything. If you want to LOSE money and get frustrated by your gambling experience then Dover Downs is the place for you.

I agree, was there on 05/12/2010 .I played hot shots at max play it cost 2 dollars a pull. I actually made 600.00 last two days but always ended up with 600.00 gone.total playing time 8 hrs for two days that really sucks compared to other casino's . DD I compare to indian casino's very impatient ,they want your money as fast as they can.
