The law later changed in 1996 to allow up to 15 tables per location. A year later, a provision was added to allow house-banked games such as: blackjack, pai gow poker, Caribbean stud poker, let it ride, casino war, and numerous other card games. Some games that are not allowed are: baccarat, craps, roulette, and keno. These card rooms are commonly called “mini-casinos.” The minimum gambling age in a Washington card room is 18.
