Roulette dealer on 10/13/2023 pulled wrong Number, talked with pit boss and casino manager’s , basically told me to bad. The win was over $700. Dealer showed number , then realized his mistake. Upset due to the confusion, the pit boss proceeded to tell me he didn’t appreciate my words to the dealer and in typical manner began threatening me with security. Since the onset of the virus things have changed at this casino. It is now virtually smoke-free. There are not any really good Video Poker pay tables, but they're not as bad as cruise ships. There are a few 98.98% DDB machines.

Since they built their new casino I have given Soboba a fair try. I been there about 8 times. It's a shame that they are allowing it to become so dirty so quickly. The cleaning staff is terrible. restrooms are so filthy and smelly. The attendants dry mop the urine around the urinals and spread the germs. I never see anyone actually cleaning. Most of the staff cannot answer questions about upcoming events or slots whereabouts, ect...Slot techs are very slow to help. Valet personal are nice. The slot play is average, however I will not be going back anymore as it is so filthy which is a shame because they could make a good thing out of their new casino. I like a clean environment and Pechanga offers that with decent slot play as well.
