Since they built their new casino I have given Soboba a fair try. I been there about 8 times. It's a shame that they are allowing it to become so dirty so quickly. The cleaning staff is terrible. restrooms are so filthy and smelly. The attendants dry mop the urine around the urinals and spread the germs. I never see anyone actually cleaning. Most of the staff cannot answer questions about upcoming events or slots whereabouts, ect...Slot techs are very slow to help. Valet personal are nice. The slot play is average, however I will not be going back anymore as it is so filthy which is a shame because they could make a good thing out of their new casino. I like a clean environment and Pechanga offers that with decent slot play as well.
