I was at redhawk on my birthday won 1075.00 on dollar slots cashed out of the machine went to restroom to show my best friend what I had won called out for her she said here long story short I held the ticket abo be e the stall so she could see it she grabbed it but all the sudden she came out of the NH ext stall it hit me I had just been robbed...waited till whoever was in stall came out asked for ticket it was not one but three young girls acting like I was crazy and playing dum.they pushed passed me and I decided to rush to security and see what could be done . Johnny and his security staff handled this in such a professional way that I have never seen done .by the end of it all Johnny brought me my money and made a tragically bad thing magically go away ....thanks so much Johnny your the best I will never forget how you made my night perfect again your worth a million in my eyes I hope your bosses know that thanks so much ....,you and your staff are awesome for sure may God bless your life
This place is a joke. Stop in with my wife and a 500 limit. Lose 500 in 20 minutes playing quarter slots and minimum at tables. We didn’t have one waitress stop by for a drink order while we played. Stay home or throw your money in the door and leave.... same result.
