Made seven star (150,000 + tier in a year)) 2016 and 2017 was supposed to receive the benefits that the status promised thru January 2019. In February 2018 after i earned the 7 star status i was told that the 4 free nights stays will no longer be honored. probably the single best perk offered as a 7 star. Now if they want to change the policy that's okay but you must tell us the new policy before we earn our points to get them. this policy change should have been stated on or before January first of 2017 the start of the 2018 benefit earning period and of course it was not. Supervisors and hourly staff do a great job and deserve a better representation of there efforts than the upper management and tribe portrays to there customers. PS. If its not a hand shuffled card game its not random. Caesars properties remind me of a carnival atmosphere rather than a casino.

After driving forever to the middle of nowhere, discovered the slots must be programmed for 80% or the least payout required by law. Looked around and it wasn't just me. No bells ringing, nobody shouting, just a lot of frowns and painful cries!! Save your money for a trip to Vegas. 

Definitely tight on the slot payoffs. Machines considers a ‘Good’ payoff to be $9-$10 dollars on a $2 bet. Coin flips equal about $20-$25 for a $3 bet, and that’s after playing for a while. Buffalo slot on a $2 bet hit bonus and 30 spins for $31. Hotel remodeling the entrance, therefore getting to room and casino floor are a maze. Great rooms and service. Food is excellent. Didn’t play any table games as they were packed – probably the best form of gaming at this casino. No comp drinks, and no craps or roulette. Summary: Great place to stay, nice pool and grounds, good restaurant; slots tight! 

I have been going to this casino for 3 years and rarely win anything. The machines are tight and bonuses are rare and do not pay well when you do get them.
