Big expensive buffet with lots of junk food. Tries to be a Vegas casino and fails. We lived in Vegas for 5 years and have lived in Milwaukee for 13. We go to Illinois or Iowa to gamble. Potowatomi is smoke-filled and crowded. With no competition for 100 miles this casino offers poor payouts and expensive entertainment. Always packed, loud and smoke-filled. If you like lung cancer - gamble here. Lots of rude foul-mouthed old retired public employees here. They expect to be treated like royalty and will tie up multiple machines at one time. We gladly drive 2 hours south or west to smaller casinos and get far better service, food and payouts/comps. Potowatomi is spending $100,000s to keep a casino out of Kenosha. There is a big reason for that.
