Room cleanliness was terrible. Pulled back our sheets to find a big clump of long black hair. It was also on bathroom floor and shower wall. I told front desk when we left and offered to show her the pictures we took of it, but she didnt want to.She acted like what we were saying was impossible and just said ok. No sorry, no nothing.
