We booked a room and drove 200 miles to go to the spa and were never told that it was closed for repairs. Once we got there we didn’t want to drive back home so we booked a players package and stay the night, with the understanding that we could go to their wellness center- which has a bigger whirlpool and many other amenities. The next day we picked up our pass for the wellness Center and went there thinking we were going to go in the sauna. Not only the Sauna was closed but the pool and the hydromassage they claim to have -was nonexistent. All they had is a stinky gym and a basketball court available. I spoke to a supervisor at the casino and explained my frustration, as That was the reason we came there in the first place. She just said sorry sounding very rude, but the spas are being repaired. We cannot offer any sort of compensation. We left there very disappointed, and sore in more ways than one. Very disappointing visit; considering the last time they lost many of our belongings that were left behind; and they couldn’t even locate them the same day we checked out.
