I play majority slots in Wisconsin with the exception of few table games. I would say about 1/4 of the slots have the payout ratios listed so you are kind of gambling blind. For the slots - I bet around $1.00 - 3.00 a spin on several games. Usually I can go to Oneida and spend five to seven hours with the amount of money I spend throughout the night, but at this casino the payout ratios were pathetic I was in and out in three hours. I went about 40 spins without winning anything and then when I would win, it would be less than my actual bet - I sometimes got about $20.00 on a spin but it took about $60.00 or order to get it. If I was betting 1.50 a spin I would get around 45-90 cents back after spending several hundreds. I never received any FANTASTIC, OUTSTANDING, SUPER BIG WIN, IMPRESSIVE bonus messages which is rare for even slots; on max bet for a penny slot (life of luxury) I hit the bonus round about 3 times in an hour and half. The bonus around on max bet amount (the accumulated total of each the bonuses) amounted to $11.90 - that's right it's either real bad luck, or these machines were way tight. At Oneida I would net on the same machine over a hundred per bonus round with a bet between 1.00-3.00 a spin. I was on max bet here > 3.00 a spin and received less than 10.00 in a total of three bonuses - this is beyond belief.

Atmosphere: It's not Oneida.. at Oneida there are several staff members walking around and delivering drinks - not here. If you get thirsty be prepared to walk around for about 20 minutes to locate the drink machine (do not expect to get the machine back that you were playing). The staff turned off the ticket redemption machines around 1:00 AM - that means wait in line to redeem the tickets. None of the staff greeted me nor the people I was with. It was kind of a rude awakening - my family and friends go to the Casino as fun entertainment - we do not expect to win, but we do expect to have certain amount of respect.

Amenities or Hotel: N/A - but based on the atmosphere of the Casino I can't imagine staying overnight would be any better, no rating.

Food & Drink: Long lines - long wait times; food not so impressive.

Players club: There's not really any promotions going on ever unlike Oneida (Green Bay) or Mystique in Dubuque.

Customer Service: be prepared to wait and staff is unpleasant.

Table Games: Hosts hardly ever talked - no one seemed to be having fun / I think more had fun on the slot bonus rounds even though nothing was paying out. Saw no big winners throughout the night.

I would recommend going elsewhere... recreational fun does not exist at this casino.
