I just returned last week from a three day stay at this casino and hotel. First of all, I really cannot
understand the poor reviews on this place. I am very very familiar with the eastern US casinos and
this one rates up there with the rest. I am from Pittsburgh, PA and hate our Rivers Casino here.
Don't waste your time coming here; traffic is awful; parking is awful. The casino is the tightest I have
ever seen and very crowded inside !!!

Now, I found the Mardi Gras Casino and Resort (new name for Tri-State) to have very balanced slots. Remember that you are gambling and they are not going to let you win all the time people !!! The soft drinks are FREE unlike how some other reviews reported. The gals are friendly and accommodating. The slot attendants are not hovering but are very friendly as well.

The restaurants are not over priced and the food we found to be above average. The BIG plus in this place if you are staying is the hotel. It's just newly opened and is five star at least !!! Customer Service is wonderful.

They truly are catering to their guests. We really enjoyed our stay there and the prices were amazing.
Please give this place a chance in spite of what you are reading here in reviews. After I read the reviews,
I seriously considering not going there but I sure am glad I did. I cant wait to return!!!

Kudos to the hotel management for making this five star in my opinion. Also, it's very easy to drive to. Great out of city location !!!
