Never play with your card. I say that because even when you become a top tier inferno member you dont get anything worthwhile. See I felt treated fairly by this casino when they were giving me $150.00 in free play credits twice a week. Considering I lost well over 30,000 dollars in 2020. Well my wallet got stolen so I didnt have an I.D. card for a few weeks so I couldnt continue playing there until I got a new one and because of this they dropped my free play all the way down to 15.00! People in the lowest tier ranking get more free credits then me! When I mentioned this to them they just told me about there srupid new computer system that calculates how much free play one gets and there is nothing they can do about it for me. Well that program needs to sharpin up there calculating skills because I deserve well over 15.00 dollars in free play! I me a c'mon ive contributed to a great portion towards the reason why these guys can even build another add on to the casino. 30,000.00 lost last year and thats just when I was using my card. These people are hustlers and scam artists and I feel ripped off!
