I had a slot ticket that the machine rejected on the 4 times tried to insert it. When I took it up to the counter there machine said it was redeemed so they took my ticket checked the machine said that it had rejected it but they wont honor it, and said was too dark area to check video and took my ticket. It was just a 60 dollar ticket and I spend way more on a monthly basis. I wrote to gambling commission who actually reviewed complaint sent info to casino and got a response from them. They said its happened before some update bullcrap and sent me my 60 back with only response on check was customer dispute,no nice apology just my fault for your machine failure. It took 2 weeks from talking to casino and over month from incident. They can say any ticket from slot machine has been redeemed and you are the disputed customer. 

This place is the worse casino in Washington.The slots are so thight.I have never won a jackpot here and been coming here for years,but no more.They lost me as a customer.Plus the staff is rude they treat you like a crimminal.And the hotel is haunted...trust me i seen for myself.Do not waste your time or money here.
