I was so excited about a casino opening close to me. But, I don’t go very much because the machines are so tight I can’t win anything. I had 51 free rolls on one machine this week and got $7.86. There is just no pay out on the majority of the machines and it’s no fun going and losing my money every time.

At first I thought the ilani was okay it was giving me comps and points and player promos and compt on a regular basis pretty much no matter in how much I spent then after one year and a little more of being top-tier level player VIP traveling in their daily almost sometimes twice a day spending different amounts each time it seems like you can only be VIP for so long and at the top tier level for so long and then they just start slipping you back like trying to avoid knowing you or enticing you to keep playing it started out giving me 10 every couple 3 days a week twice a week at least $10 then it turned to 25 a week twice and then for some reason after winning and being there for a year gaining all their little gifts and cops for food and things at the restaurants I noticed my comps my swap play and my feedings from the restaurants and even then weekly gifts have diminished to kneel as is almost zero I now get 10 every 4 days instead of 250 a month they giving me barely 100 a month I asked why I hadn't changed my habits any I still went in there daily and all they could tell me was I had to talk to marketing marketing who is marketing they don't know me they know my players card they don't see my face they never see me they don't deal with me like the staff does on hand the people at the front door they know me by name and face and what I do and where I go and how long I stay usually but I be just one of those things they call a whale I guess big spender heavy loser huh play my comps or my promos if I win I put it back in it doesn't matter to me is just a game what matters to me is that you're treating me less and giving me less and after asking why has reduced I'm a regular there a daily regular seems like it would be more valuable to hang on to they have me go seek out another venue to play at but it's giving me less but I'm looking for another venue which I might just go into the one across the freeway from to see if the treatment gets picked up because I'm really losing respect for the way the i l a n i has treated me

I stopped in at ilani to loose a couple thousand dollars and did this in record time. The place for a new casino is not wasting time on ripping you off. After doing our donation to the tribe for the day my daughter and I decided to have lunch before we left. We decided to go to Toms Urban. Who Tom is. I have no idea. My daughter ordered a burger with bacon and an egg on it an I ordered a prim rib dip. I was hungry so I also got a half rack of ribs. When the food came I could not believe it. THE burger was huge and my daughter said it was just as delicious The half rack of ribs was oh so good and the rib dip was probably the best or close to the best I have ever had.
