Aliante: MRKT Sea & Land at Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa will offer a special three-course dining experience on Friday, May 10 through Sunday, May 12 from 5 p.m. to close. For starters, guests can enjoy a gem salad of grilled peaches, yellow pear tomatoes, cherrywood smoked bacon and asiago vinaigrette for $12. For the main entrée, diners can savor a duet of angus filet mignon and horseradish-crusted and seared diver scallops served with tomato, mango, cabernet reduction and red organic quinoa for $60. Sam’s Town: The Angry Butcher at Sam’s Town Las Vegas will serve a savory three-course Mother’s Day dinner from 4 p.m. to close for $42 per person. The meal will begin with the choice of classic lobster thermidor or a spring salad. For the main course, guests can choose from two options, including the filet medallions paired with grilled jumbo prawns. The second option is a halibut Oscar served with asparagus, heirloom cherry tomatoes, crabmeat and béarnaise. Diners can end their meal with a berries Chambord served with seasonal berries, vanilla bean ice cream and whipped cream.
The STRAT Hotel, Casino and SkyPod: Will honor moms with a decadent Mother’s Day brunch at the award-winning Top of the World restaurant on Sunday, May 12. Top of the World, famous for its 360-degree rotating dining room on the 106th floor, will serve Mother’s Day brunch from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Brunch, priced at $68 for adults and $38 for children, will include a brunch buffet with an omelet station, fresh fruits, an assortment of cheese selections, a salad bar, breakfast pastries and an array of desserts. Main course selections include grilled salmon, lemon ricotta and raspberry crepes, buttermilk fried chicken, butter poached filet and hash, croque madame, pancake soufflé or crab cakes benedict.
