NEW YEAR’S EVE PROMOTIONS

Strat: Located on the second floor of Top of the World, 107 SkyLounge will host a New Year’s Eve celebration from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. with appetizers and party mixes by DJ CC and DJ Stephi K. Selections include a cheese board with truffle gouda, saint André Brie, Manchego, Spice Marcona almonds, seasonal fruit, and local honey; Wagyu beef arancini served with pomodoro and parmigiano; Tuna tartare served with Fresno chili gastrique, ginger, scallions, tamari soy, potatoes gaufrette and sesame seeds; and lollipop chicken wings, served with spiced sweet Chile sauce. The celebration is priced at $199, excluding tax and gratuity, per person, with tickets available for purchase on the website.

Las Vegas Monorail: Will be the only motorized method of transportation operating along the Las Vegas Strip for New Year’s Eve. It will operate continuously from 7 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 31 through the entire New Year’s Day (Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2020) and until 2 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2020, for a total of 43 straight hours. Locals can purchase $1 single-ride tickets at customer service booths located at every station (except the Las Vegas Convention Center) from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Dec. 31 with proof of Nevada I.D. For out-of-town guests, regularly priced tickets are $5 for a single ride and unlimited-ride passes are available for 24 hours, two days, three days and more beginning at $13. Regular tickets and multi-ride tickets may also be purchased at customer-service booths or online in advance at www.lvmonorail.com. Rampart: Hawthorn Grill New Year’s Eve Dinner Menu $95 per person plus tax and includes a glass of sparkling champagne per guest. Served 5-10 p.m. New Year’s Day Brunch $34.99 per person plus tax. Served 9 a.m-2 p.m.

Silverton: Rewards Club members who visit on New Year’s Day have the chance to win $100 in free slot play from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. Any player sitting to the immediate right or immediate left of the winner will also win $25 in free slot play. Jerry’s Nugget: New Year’s at Jerry’s Famous Coffee Shop. Aside from the regular, daily menu, Jerry’s Famous Coffee Shop will be serving fancy bites on New Year’s Day, January 1 from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Entrées come with choice of dinner salad or cream of asparagus soup. Add a lobster tail to any entrée for $9.89:

Bacon Wrapped Shrimp appetizer ($9.89) – tender shrimp wrapped with bacon, served with honey Dijon dipping sauce.
Cedar Plank Salmon entrée ($18.89) – fresh salmon filet with our sweet chili rub and baked to perfection on a cedar wood plank, accompanied with sweet corn succotash and choice of Greek rice, baked potato, French fries, or mashed potatoes.

MGM Grand: Greek Sneek will usher in the New Year with a featured dish and champagne on Tuesday, Dec. 31. Exclusively for the evening, Greek Sneek will offer a twist on its signature kebabs with filet mignon and Dover sole, topped with lemon brown butter and served with tzatziki and a side of mint and feta couscous, priced at $32. Guests are also invited to enjoy a complimentary champagne toast at midnight. Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas: Has announced a specially curated memorabilia exhibition to celebrate the hotel and casino’s 25 year history in Las Vegas from 1995 – 2020. The Hard Rock Memorabilia Exhibition is open through January 31, 2020 and is the kick-off of the property’s “Farewell Tour” of activations before it begins its transformation to Virgin Hotels Las Vegas in February 2020. The exhibition features artifacts such as costumes, musical instruments, props and artwork not seen by the public in decades by iconic performers including, The Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen, Queen, Aerosmith, Guns N’ Roses, Elton John, Elvis, Lady Gaga, The Beatles and more.
