Well, with the management change that has been in the news, the conditions at The Rivers seem to have gotten worse. You only have to look at the PA Gaming Board website to see that they are taking all of our money - worse then any other casino in the state. It's one thing to lose what you expect, but when you only get a half hour on a few hundred dollars, something is wrong. On my last trip, the employees didn't have the smiles they opened with and even seemed unhappy.

The Rivers Casino (was originally to be called the Majestic Star Casino) is a casino in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. It is owned by Holdings Acquisition Co. LP, a joint venture between Walton Street Capital LLC and High Pitt game Chateau.Neighborhood LP.Located in Pittsburgh along the Ohio River and adjacent to the Carnegie Science Center, which had its groundbreaking in December 2007 and opened on August 9, 2009. The casino was originally built by Don H. Barden, but financial problems forced him to sell 75% of its interest in the casino for Acquisition Holdings Co on July 16, 2008.The casino has 3,000 slot machines.
