No wonder the criminals including RIVERS CASINO got paid and not the state workers-what a sin that was-wonder where that money went instead of paying the workersa true embarrassment of this state. Prepare to be leave with nothing. You will never get ahead. You will pay tax seven different ways wether you win a piddly jackpot or not-LOL.
I swear that this place is corrupt. I have dropped a lot of money into the casino and will never get it back back because they shut the bonus features off when you max a bet and mess with the machines. The casino will never last. It will attract thieves and cheap people because that is what they give to the patrons that pay their salary and the state.
You need to give to get and thievery is not the way because that is what you will attract when you give it.

It seems that most everyone who makes a post about this casino complains about the bad paybacks on the slot machines.
You need to keep in mind that Pennsylvania has one of the highest tax rates in the country on slot machines - 55%.
This means that the all of casinos will have "tight" machines. That tax is a killer and on top of that the casinos have to pay other fees to the state for their own regulation.
I would imagine that operating costs in a downtown area are much higher than in an outlying area and that may explain why the paybacks on the slots in the downtown areas are so "tight."
