I spent the most horrible, aggravating day today at the Meadows Casino, March 11, 2014. The computers were down - I couldn't retrieve my points and free play: tickets wouldn't work in machines and thinking it was just a bad ticket, I put more money in the machine, planning to cash in my ticket at the cashier later and then this second ticket would not work either; waited half an hour to be hand paid because the computer system went down completely. The lines at the cashiers were soo long and I had to wait again. The entire experience was terrible. The PA system kept telling us that the casino techs were diligently working on the problem - ha! The Meadows system must have been put together by the same people that were hired to do the Obamacare website - totally useless and aggravating. This computer problem has happened at least two times in the past. How frustrating.

I never found customer service that bad....I do notice they never have enough windows open at cashier...and ya wait a while when pushing the service light...but it is a big area to cover....the staff seems friendly
