Sands Bethlehem Casino Resort has a lot going for it. Nice hotel, great eateries, shopping mall, top of the line entertainment and of course, the casino. Great customer service, caring management and staff. It really shows each time I visit. All is good with only one exception. The excessive loitering, especially the guests that are bussed in make it very unenjoyable at times. Either by standing over you, screaming, spitting into trash cans on the floor, stealing vouchers from machines that are still occupied, etc. At times, I see them sleeping at the machines or sitting next to you and watching you play. I don't know about you, but I can't stand having someone I don't know invade my personal space. In addition to the casino, the Food Court is just as bad. If not worse. These individuals just sit at the tables, not order any food, stare and watch you eat. It makes it hard to enjoy your meal. Many times, I cannot find a seat due to the excessive loitering. Sands really needs to get their act together to eliminate the loitering altogether. Perhaps post signs. Security also needs to be more proactive in getting this under control. I personally don't think they are doing enough to combat this.
